WTC Alert: WTC will operate on a 2-hour delay today, May 14, due to the City of Snyder boil water notice. The City of Snyder is currently restoring pressure to the water system and expects the system to return to full pressure. Additional information and any operational changes will be communicated through another RAVE alert if needed.
