From intimate showers and anniversary dinners to business meetings and community gatherings, the Visitor Center offers a clean, flexible space you can make your own.

Convenient parking, a functional prep kitchen, and a layout ideal for hosting. Your event runs smoothly from start to finish. The following amenities are provided with your rental of the Visitor Center:

• Flexible area that can serve 10 to 100 individuals

• Tables and Chairs

• High-speed wireless internet access

• Full-service kitchen equipped with ice maker

• On-site parking

• Easy access at the parling lot level for load-in/load-out

• Handicap access.

Rates for the Visitor Center are as follows:

BY THE HOUR
$50 per hour, Three-hour minimum.
The hourly rate must include time for your set-up and breakdown before and after your event.

BY THE DAY
$250 per day - best value!
The Visitor Center considers a day 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).

DEPOSIT
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

Western Texas College Administrative Policy states that no alcohol may be consumed or brought onto the campus at any time.
The Visitor Center appreciates our guests complying with this policy.
