Use this form if you are concerned about a student, employee, or anyone on the Western Texas College campus.
WHAT IS THE CARE TEAM?
CARE stands for Concern, Assessment, Response, & Evaluation.
The CARE Team identifies, assesses, and coordinates responses to students exhibiting behaviors that may indicate distress, disruption, or potential risk to themselves or others.
The purpose of this process is to support student success, well-being, and campus safety through early intervention and coordinated assistance.
EMERGENCY NOTICE: DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO REPORT EMERGENCIES.
