GRADUATION FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you ready to apply for graduation? You are on the right page!
Whether you are earning a certificate or completing an associate’s degree, just follow the simple steps below so that WTC can review your transcript for eligibility and make sure you receive information and updates about the Commencement Ceremony.
Apply for Graduation online HERE. If you are an International Student, please use the PDF version of the application HERE.
Stop by the Business Office in Building 20 or call the office at 325-574-7610 and pay the $50.00 graduation application fee. Students must also take care of any holds on their accounts to be eligible to graduate.
Check your email often. Information regarding your cap and gown, Commencement rehearsal, and other pertinent information for the ceremony will be sent to you by email.
The deadline to apply for graduation is March 31.
