We can offer you just a basic room rental or one with a high level of quality, personalized service that will accommodate all your meeting and dining needs.

The following amenities are provided with your rental of the Visitor Center:

• Flexible meeting area that can serve 10 to 100 individuals

• Tables and Chairs

• High-speed wireless internet access

• Full-service kitchen equipped with ice maker

• On-site parking

• Easy access for load-in/load-out

• Handicap accessible

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

For additional fees, the Visitor Center also offers these services:

• Full or partial menus for anytime snacks, breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner

• Video conferencing packages

• LCD projector, overhead projector, flip chart, audiovisual screen, DVD players, & sound

• Host coordinator for personal assistance

• Event setup and styling

• Lodging arrangements through our local hotels located near campus

RATES

Rates for the Visitor Center are as follows:

By the Hour
$50 per hour
Three-hour minimum. The hourly rate must include time for your set-up and breakdown before and after your event.

By the Day
$250 per day
The Visitor Center considers a day 8 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. midnight.

Deposit
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

Western Texas College Administrative Policy states that no alcohol may be consumed or brought onto the campus at any time.
The Visitor Center appreciates our guests complying with this policy.
