Complaint / Grievance Form

Students can file a complaint under WTC Policy. FLD must complete this form and submit it to the lowest level admin, who has the authority to address your complaint unless another process is required. All complaints will be processed per Policy FLD (LEGAL) and (LOCAL) or any exceptions outlined therein.

When submitted, this form is sent to the Vice President & Dean of Student Services. The student will be notified within 5 days regarding the length of time it will take to resolve the issue.
