Our graduates have achieved career distinction in the Turf industry including directing turf operations for Super Bowl LVI and the 2023 College Football Playoff National Championship. CERTIFICATE OFFERED

The Golf Course and Sports Field Turf Management Program is a one-year certificate designed to prepare students for careers in the turf industry.

The one-year certificate requires students to complete 25 hours of turf-related coursework.

JOB OUTLOOK

Turf managers are expected to have excellent job prospects. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor, employment is projected to grow 10% through 2029, which is much faster than the average for all occupations.

PROOF OF HEALTH INSURANCE

Health insurance is required of all students entering the program.

ALCOHOL/DRUG TESTING

As part of WTC's Alcohol/Drug policy, random, reasonable cause, and post-accident drug and alcohol tests are performed on students during their time in the program.
