This form is NOT used to request a transcript to be sent to another institution.  You must fill out a “Transcript Request” form. 

If you will be a degree-seeking student at WTC and need your transcript(s) from another institution audited/evaluated, you will need to fill out the form to have your previous classes transcribed onto your WTC transcript.

DO NOT use this form if you are a transient student. We do not evaluate transcripts for transient students. Advisors can view your transcript to help with your registration. A transient student is a student who is enrolled in one college or university (their home institution) and takes courses temporarily in another college or university (their host institution) with the intention of transferring the course credit back to their home institution.)
