  1. Basic Course Information
    1. Course description: Cyber theft and computer fraud. Includes physical protection of computers and peripherals.
    2. Any required prerequisites: None.
  2. Student Learning Outcomes
    1. Identify methods of cyber theft; explain computer breaches that may contribute to computer-aided theft; analyze vulnerabilities associated with cyber theft; utilize methods of detecting computer fraud; and assess methods and elements of a quality security program. Measurement will be determined by quality of online security defenses. Define computer terminology. Grading will be measured by examination.

    1. Requirement: Three semester exams.
    2. Requirement: There will be a final exam over two chapters.
