Western Texas College Donates to Scurry County United Way

Western Texas College donated $4,167 to the Scurry County United Way. The funds were presented on Thursday by WTC president, Dr. Barbara Beebe. Accepting the donation was Scurry County United Way 2015/16 Campaign Chair, Mark McLain.
Funds were raised through the Western Texas College Employee Giving Campaign and proceeds from the WTC Fall Festival held on October 15th.
Agencies funded through the Scurry County Way include Snyder Child Day Care Center, Scurry County Food Cupboard, Gateway Family Services, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, West Texas Children’s Advocacy Center, Snyder Volunteer Fire Department, We Care Scurry County and Cancer Services Network.
