Meats Judging Team Competiton

Congratulations to the WTC Meats Judging Team that finished in 5th place at the National Western Intercollegiate Meats Judging Contest held in Greeley, CO this past weekend. The team finished 5th in beef grading, 4th in lamb judging, 5th in pork judging, 3rd in beef judging, 3rd in total placings, and 5th in questions. Several students also received awards for individual rankings. Their next competition will be in Fort Worth next weekend.
