Western Texas College is thrilled to host our Veterans Day Ceremony in person this year!
Western Texas College salutes our veterans with our annual Veterans Day Ceremony on Friday, November 11, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. The ceremony will take place in the Scurry County Museum on the WTC campus.
The College invites Veterans, community members, students, faculty, and staff to attend and honor those who have protected our country and our freedom.
This year’s featured speaker is Dennie Johnson, United States Navy. Johnson is an English Instructor at WTC.
Dr. Geron Scates, Associate Professor and KGWB Radio Station Manager, will act as Master of Ceremonies.
A reception will follow the ceremony in the Museum.
