Clery Act
This report is made in order to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. This is also often referred to as the Clery Act. Western Texas College prepares and distributes an Annual Security Report (Clery Report) which contains data, policies, and procedures as they pertain to safety and security. Data contained in this document pertains to the three previous calendar years. This report is completed in compliance with federals law and is mandated by the Department of Education.
