Payment Options

2-year colleges


Payments can be made online.

Students can view their account and make online payments using E-Checks, American Express, Discover, or MasterCard by selecting the Payment tab in MyWTC.  Online payments made with credit cards will incur a 2.75% fee at the time of payment.

Additional forms of payment accepted include: Cash, personal check, cashiers check, or money order. When mailing payment, please include the student's name and WTC Student ID number on the check to ensure accurate posting of payments.

Please allow at least five business days for delivery to our office if using the U.S. Postal Service. Remember that the payment must be posted to your account by the due date regardless of the postmarked date.

Payments can be made in person:

The Business Office on campus is located in Palmer Hall (Administration Building) at 6200 College Avenue, Snyder, TX 79549. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Note: Phone payments are not accepted.

Online Payment Information



Western Texas College is pleased to offer FACTS as a convenient online payment option.

Use FACTS for full payments online, or to pay in convenient installments.

How FACTS Works 

The FACTS payment option is available through MyWTC.  You need your Student ID and/or WTC login/password to use this option.

Full Payment Online

Accounts may be paid in full online using e-checks, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (note: Visa not accepted for online payments*). 

For the e-check option you will need your bank routing number and your bank account number (both are listed on your checks).  Electronic checks are processed the same day. 

For credit card payments, have your credit card handy.  Online payments may be processed using MasterCard, Discover, or American Express only.  A non-refundable 2.75% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions.  Credit card payments are processed the same day.

Online E-Cashier Availability

Payments not made online by the ending dates must be made by mail or in person.  Phone payments are not accepted.

*Due to Visa fee regulations, Visa cards are only accepted in-person at the WTC Business Office.

    Payments are processed on the 5th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full.

Cost to Participate
  • $30 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & credit card)
  • $2 enrollment fee for an immediate full payment
  • $25 returned payment fee if a payment is returned.

e-Cashier Availability

Availability of e-Cashier is determined by Western Texas College. Please be aware the college may elect not to have e-Cashier available during specific times and dates during registration. 

Balance Adjustments

Please do not assume your balance will automatically be adjusted if financial aid is received or a class is dropped or added. You should review your agreement balance online through My FACTS Account or call the Western Texas College Business Office at 325-573-8511 to confirm the change.





When and what time will the funds be withdrawn from my bank account?

FACTS specifies the date each payment will occur, but it is your financial institution that determines the time of day the payment is debited. FACTS recommends you check with your financial institution to determine how far in advance funds should be deposited into your account to ensure the automatic payment clears. If a payment date falls on a weekend or banking holiday, the payment will be attempted the following business day.

How will I be notified of my installment payment information?

Once your agreement is posted to the FACTS system, you will receive a confirmation notification of your payment amount by e-mail or letter. Payments will be processed until the total balance is paid in full. The notification has important information you must have to log on to your My FACTS Account. The notification also serves as a reminder that a $30 (1–6 payments) nonrefundable enrollment fee will be processed from the account indicated on the agreement.

Can I pay by phone with FACTS?

In accordance with the Terms & Conditions of your FACTS agreement, payments are processed electronically. FACTS does not accept payments by phone.

What is the FACTS Access Code?

To help protect your privacy, FACTS asks the person responsible for the payments to create an access code. If you should call into FACTS inquiring about your FACTS agreement or inquire online through My FACTS Account, you will be required to verify your FACTS Access Code. If you do not create an access code on your FACTS agreement, one will be randomly assigned to you. Your FACTS Access Code will be identified on your FACTS Confirmation Notification. Please remember to keep a copy of your confirmation notification.
