Transcript Requests

Current or former students may request transcripts online, via email, via fax, or via regular mail.  Please select the appropriate form and provide all requested information.

Transcript via National Student Clearinghouse (fee applies)

Transcript via WTC online form (direct to WTC)

Transcript via PDF Form (fax, mail, or email)

If requesting transcripts directly from Western Texas College, please complete all requested fields on the form.  Incomplete forms will not be processed.

Please include the name of the college or university to which transcripts should be sent, and the individual to whom the transcript should go.  If ordering transcripts to be sent directly to the student, please note that most colleges and universities will not accept walk-in transcripts, requiring that transcripts be sent directly from the providing institution.

Transcript requests are usually processed within two business days.
